I grew up in a progressive and somewhat alternative family where discussions about reincarnation around the dinner table were not uncommon. Music however took my heart and my energy until heath issues changed the course of my life. I began to follow a golden thread that led me to my Qigong teacher in London, to training as a Craniosacral therapist and eventually as a facilitator for growth and healing. I now use different modalities to empower people to find and follow their own golden thread and bring more peace, a sense of grounded balance and vibrant health into their lives.
Since her initial teacher training in 2015, she has been experimenting with different yoga and movement styles including gymnastics, crossfit and calisthenics. She is passionate about all things movement in a safe and efficient way. Her flows are energising and calming at the same time. Her energy is contagious and she generously provides encouragement on and off the mat, inviting you to tap into your full potential.

I first discovered yoga in the mid 90’s while travelling in India with my boyfriend, (now husband), Jeff. Initially I was reluctant but the more I practiced, the more I began to feel the physical and mental benefits: what started as a weekly yoga class became a daily yoga and meditation practice.
Over the years I have studied with many inspiring and experienced yoga teachers who have deeply influenced how I teach. When I first did my Pregnancy yoga training, I hoped to soon be pregnant and just thought it would be a lovely thing to do during the pregnancy. Little did I know it would become the main focus of my career and my speciality.
I love how yoga makes me feel. It’s been hugely transformative and supportive to me over the past 25 years and I passionately believe in all its value. I feel so grateful that I can share the many benefits and help make a real difference to women’s pregnancies, births and postnatal recovery.
I have been teaching Pregnancy yoga and Postnatal yoga since 2005, and locally in Marlow and Burnham, South Bucks for over 13 years. I am now getting women coming back with their third babies for their third round of classes so I can happily say they are finding the yoga beneficial.
Jeff has been practising yoga and meditation regularly for nearly 30 years and teaching for over 20 of those. He has trained yoga teachers for around 15 years, initially as lead teacher on triyoga’s teacher training course and currently Yoga West TT and has received Yoga Alliance’s highest level of certification (E-RYT 500/senior teacher).
Jeff has a seriously playful and mindful unique teaching style which is varied, creative and influenced by many different schools: the emphasis on breath and movement of vinyasa flow; the precision of Iyengar; the heart orientated grace of Anusara and the spirituality and traditional philosophy of Jivamukti and Satyananda schools.
Jeff was a contributing author on the book ‘Everyone Try Yoga’ and teaches workshops, yoga weekends and retreats both in the UK and internationally.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching for the past 8 years. My classes are rooted in mindful awareness - via a strong focus on breath, the senses of the body and a slow, graceful movement. My hope is that people find both a physical and mental ease from my classes, leaving the studio both calm and relaxed.

Yoga literally changed my life when I started practicing at a local class in 2013. I had spent years juggling a stressful job and running a family. A friend recommended I try yoga and from my first lesson I was addicted! It soon became a necessity to bring balance to my beautiful, yet crazy world.
I feel incredibly blessed to be sharing my love of yoga with others and I learn every time I step on the mat. I am passionate about working with individuals, exploring what yoga can bring to ‘one’s entire well-being’.
To me yoga is not just about creating postures, it’s about learning and sharing together, finding equilibrium, peace & exploration of the inner self.
‘Thank you for teaching me the most’.
Constantly fascinated by mental and physical health and the connections between the two, I found Craniosacral Therapy in 2013 and have never looked back. As a Craniosacral Therapist and Bach Flower Remedy practitioner, I offer support to children and adults to help resolve health issues in a gentle way but also in a way which can empower anyone to find their own personal well-being solutions. Healing is a partnership and ultimately a commitment to yourself, which continues to evolve over time. I am particularly interested in trauma, childhood challenges and ancestral healing. Everything we are today has a history and understanding that within the body can bring peace and calm to the soul. I also work with horses, newborn babies and new mothers.

popular series of fun, engaging online nutrition workshops on various health topics.
Rachel began her liberating journey from fear to freedom in 2006.
Investigating the root causes of her Panic attacks and anxiety, she found answers using EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Meditation and Reiki, finding such a deep love for this work that she took a deep dive into studying these, and additionally a two year course with the Academy of Healing Arts, in order to extend a hand to others that are looking to find peace with their minds. Four years ago, Rachel stumbled across a breathwork modality called SOMA breath and experienced such remarkable emotional and physical health improvements that she embarked on the Master Training, now teaching classes locally and online every week. Rachel works both in group settings and 1:1 in which she alchemises these soul medicines, to deliver an optimising toolkit that empowers her clients to master their emotions and become their own guru.
