Friday 31st July
10:00 - 11:00 - Nutrition Talk, 6 Healthy Eating Habits with Evie Whitehead
These are my top healthy eating habits that I recognize as being an essential part of our daily healthy toolkit to stay well and nourished.
17:00 - 18:15 - Slow Flow Yoga with Fiona
I am honored to be part of this amazing retreat.
The invitation for the Friday practice is to provide a space for you to leave behind all the demands of everyday life, whatever kind of day, week or month you have had and come back to being in your body.
We can use this as an opportunity to create the conditions in body, mind and spirit for the rest of your retreat experience.
I will guide you through some gentle breathwork and then we will move our bodies in a way that nourish us, and help us release tensions with slow, flowing floor based movement.
Think of it as a yoga hug, or as I often describe it - a massage!
This practice is suitable for everyone and anyone, even pets are welcome.
What to bring:
19:00 - 20:00 - Opening Ceremony with Louise
Come and join the opening ceremony with Louise Carron Harris as we spend an hour reflecting on the importance of our own personal development and investment into our own growth, space and time.
What to bring:
20:30 - 21:30 - Out of the bubble: An evening relaxation class for changing times - yin / restorative / breathwork with Evie Costello
A calming Friday evening class to allow for a little bit of peace in these times of change. The session is a mix of simple yin, restorative, breathwork and mindfulness practices to calm the mind/body.
Practiced on the floor, the class has some poses that ease physical tension via stretching the body, others use breath and props (pillow and blankets) as support to softly allow you to tilt into relaxation. There will also be breathwork to physiologically encourage the relaxation response. Easily memorizable, my aim is that these practices can be used to help with stress and anxiety in the days to come by sensing what works for you at the evening session. Pajamas, fluffy socks and tea probably essential. Any zen like calm at the start of the class is not. To enhance the experience bring any yoga props you have, pillows, blankets, but don’t buy anything especially. I can provide a soundtrack via Spotify of my favourite tunes for this type of practice. Suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners and anyone befuddled at the moment…
Saturday 1st August
08:00 - 08:45 - Morning Meditation with Fiona
I am delighted to help you start your day of the virtual retreat experience with a morning mindfulness meditation practice. If you have never done anything like this before, then having the opportunity in the comfort of your own home will be perfect.
There is extensive research and evidence to demonstrate the healing power of mindfulness - it has a positive effect on our mental health, our physical health as well as our emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a secular practice and sits alongside other practices very comfortably.
I will give some guidance about how to sit for the practice and I will explain some of the key principles of mindfulness. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and clarify anything that is not clear.
You don’t need to wear yoga clothes or anything special like that, just come as you are, and if you have literally just rolled out of bed, then all the better!
This practice is suitable for everyone and anyone regardless of whether you have had any meditation experience or not.
What to bring (Optional):
09:00 - 10:15 - Rocket Yoga with Rita
A soulful wake u for the body and mind. Join Rita for an energizing rocket flow that is inspired by Larry Schultz and his teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
10:30 - 11:30 - Meditation and Medicine Dance with Louise
We begin in meditation and deep relaxation. As you are guided through the meditation, you will begin to move your body to the music and you will find your way to a carefree, non-judgmental, hypnotic state which will allow you to feel liberation, love and vibrancy. We were born to dance. All you need is to follow the music and follow your body. You will then be guided back. Back towards the stillness. There you will find the new vibration in your body that radiates joyfulness and freedom.

12:30 - 13:30 - Mindful Living – Mindful Lunch Break, Understanding how a mindfulness practice can be a way of life with Fiona
This lunchtime session is structured in such a way that I will offer some teaching and insight about what ‘Mindful Living’ might mean by offering you a guided eating experience.
Mindfulness is about having the intention to pay attention. How often do we eat at our desk or in the car, or have the TV or another form of screen on whilst we are eating? Can we honestly say we are paying full attention to what we are eating and how we are eating?
So, here is my invitation: Let’s have lunch together! (Or just a snack, or if you are having a juice cleanse, then maybe a juice.)
If possible PLEASE make sure you do not eat anything prior to the guided eating experience
There is extensive research and evidence to demonstrate the healing power of mindfulness - it has a positive effect on our mental health, our physical health as well as our emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a secular practice and sits alongside other practices very comfortably.
This practice is suitable for everyone and anyone.
What to bring
13:30 - 14:00 - Playful yoga for kids and adults, mini acro yoga with Rita
14:15 - 15:45 - Conscious connected Breathing with Sapphire Leena
The session is all about connecting to your breath, connecting to the sensations that arise during breath awareness and releasing and letting go of anything that no longer serves you or anything blocked within you. You need a space to lie down comfortably with your own device and preferably earphones/eye mask. Make sure you are warm and undisturbed.
15:45 - 16:30 - “Coming out of the lockdown with newer and truer values" Talk with Katie
There's never been a better time to pause and reflect on what matters to us and what sort of person we want to be from now on. In this interactive coaching session we'll be learning techniques to go beyond our superficial motivators and dig deeper to unearth our guiding values. We can learn what actually pushes us to act or not act, and how to harness this knowledge to align more closely our true and aspirational selves. Once we unlock this self-awareness, we can be more effective, purposeful and fulfilled.
16:45 - 17:45 - Mindful singing with Zoe
If only there was a way to connect with ourselves more deeply, to process the myriad manifestations of life and to learn and grow from them. If only there was a way to transform our inner experience and come into more awareness, freedom and joy. If only there was a way to liberate ourselves from what we no longer need and gain clarity and momentum. If only there was a way to tune into and express what matters most, to heal old wounds and to come to a place of understanding and peace. Well my friends, I believe there is and I invite you to join me in exploring that process with some powerful voicework
During this Mindful Singing workshop you will be on mute so you can sing your heart out as I lead you in harmony singing. It is truly remarkable and wonderful the sense of connection that we can feel when we sing together online! You don't need any experience or skills, just a willingness to try something new.
Wear headphones and a sense of adventure. You'll look great in both!
18:00 - 19:30 - Qigong and Meditation with Simon
Spontaneous Movement Qigong is a powerful practice to empty our systems of the accumulated effect of our negative emotions, thoughts and physical blocks. Using your own innate energy your body will begin to vibrate itself to health, clearing out any heavy emotions resulting in a renewed sense of lightness, joy and energy.
20:00 - 21:00 - Gong Meditation with Rebecca
Join Rebecca for Saturday Sound Healing, Relax - Release - Renew - Refresh
I'm delighted and honoured to be part of this Festival offering the soothing and relaxing sounds of the gongs and other deeply relaxing instruments. The session is all about opening our heart centre and connecting as one consciousness as we move into a different way of being. Sound therapy has been used for generations in tribal cultures to reconnect us with our rhythm, centre us in our being and rebalance our autonomic nervous systems that often get stuck in being on the go and activated more often than we are resting. This inevitably leads to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, physical pain and disease.
Gong and sound meditations are deeply healing at an energetic level. Your body and mind connect at a subconscious level and want to be heard. Be open to honouring their needs, which are your needs and be open to the possibilities that may arise.

What you will need:
10:30 - 12:00 - ‘It’s just one glass of wine’ Belief and how to change it, effortlessly Talk with Sonia
Has your evening glass of wine, the one you used to really enjoy, become a bottle and a ‘must’?
Has your drinking become a source of stress and concern, a worry that wakes you in the night, followed by a daily inner battle of “I will/I won’t drink”, that always ends in, well you know where it ends……..
It seems inexplicable that you decide to change your drinking (not even stop, just cut down), only to realise that alcohol takes the decision away from you, and you drink.
It seems a complete mystery and you feel there must be something wrong with you, that you are weak, a failure, and that alcohol holds all the power.
There are NO mysteries around your drinking, and NO mysteries around how to change your drinking, and you my lovely, are not weak, or a failure and alcohol is not stronger than you.
The simple truth is that you stay trapped in your drinking for one reason and one reason only, and that is your ‘Alcohol is the SOLUTION’ belief. Freedom from that one belief, allows you to choose how and when you drink.
As The Recovery Coach and a passionate change maker, I am thrilled to be part of this incredible event and to spread the word of a new perspective around alcohol, that leave you free to enjoy a social drink without cravings or relying on willpower or control, effortlessly

Most importantly an open mind & willingness to accept that whatever emotional, physical, mental or spiritual state you are in on this day, you WILL benefit.

18:00 - 19:30 - Cacao Ceremony with Wild Kin
We welcome you to join us in ceremony, drinking Cacao as a collective. Weaving together journeying and meditation, stillness and reflection, we allow the medicine of Cacao to guide us back to the energetic space of our hearts, encouraging us to look within and feel into what is needed most in that moment.
Used by the Mayan's and Inca's for thousands of years, and named as the food of the God's, Cacao is packed full of vitamins and nutrients. It's also rich in dopamine and serotonin, making Cacao perfect for centering us in these times of change and uncertainty, promoting balance and stillness from within.
We invite you to join us, delving in to the beautiful world of chocolate - but not as you know it.
There are limited spaces available for this ceremony, as we like to keep it personal, and we charge a small fee of £4 to cover the cost of Cacao and postage. If you would like to book, please email us at - wearethewildkin@gmail.com
What you will need:
20:00 - 21:00 - Closing Ceremony and Yoga Nidra with Fiona
I am honoured to be able to close this amazing virtual Festival with a ceremony to give thanks followed by a beautiful Yoga Nidra.
No matter whether you have attended several sessions over the weekend, just one, or none, this evening’s practice will be an opportunity for you to practice gratitude for whatever is relevant to you.
Modern day living often has us spending way too much time in our sympathetic nervous system, on constant alert, bombarded with information and technology (now more than ever) with demands to do more, do it better and do it faster. This is all results in us feeling stressed, anxious, unable to sleep, exhausted etc. etc. etc.
The Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) helps you to cultivate the conditions to access your parasympathetic nervous system, which is your body’s natural rest, restore and repair mode. I will structure the Yoga Nidra in such a way as to help you relax completely and allow your innate inner wisdom recognise any disease and bring you healing and peace. You can then go straight to bed afterwards!
In order to get the most from this practice, it would be really helpful if you can be in a space which is quiet, without bright lights and where you are not likely to be disturbed.
This practice is suitable for everyone and anyone.
