Breathwork Practice Tues & Thurs 5.15pm is a 30 minute class ( 10 minutes optional extra for silent relaxation or meditate) enabling practice of a myriad of breathing patterns that are vitality enhancing. Use this time to improve your yoga breathing, reduce your stress response and to move stagnant energy around the body. It can be really supportive for low energy, inflammation and or anxiety
The strength and flexibility of yoga meets the grace and suppleness of Qigong through this beautiful practice. Qigong translates as “life energy cultivation”, and it’s designed to fine tune our perception of Qi (energy) flowing through us.
This class involves connecting breath with gentle, circular, flowing movements.
