Yoga literally changed my life when I started practicing at a local class in 2013. I had spent years juggling a stressful job and running a family. A friend recommended I try yoga and from my first lesson I was addicted! It soon became a necessity to bring balance to my beautiful, yet crazy world.
I feel incredibly blessed to be sharing my love of yoga with others and I learn every time I step on the mat. I am passionate about working with individuals, exploring what yoga can bring to ‘one’s entire well-being’.
To me yoga is not just about creating postures, it’s about learning and sharing together, finding equilibrium, peace & exploration of the inner self.
‘Thank you for teaching me the most’.

I grew up in a progressive and somewhat alternative family where discussions about reincarnation around the dinner table were not uncommon. Music however took my heart and my energy until heath issues changed the course of my life. I began to follow a golden thread that led me to my Qigong teacher in London, to training as a Craniosacral therapist and eventually as a facilitator for growth and healing. I now use different modalities to empower people to find and follow their own golden thread and bring more peace, a sense of grounded balance and vibrant health into their lives.

Blessed to have been born in Ibiza with Ibicenco-Canadian parents, Sapphire was totally influenced by the sun, sand and sea of the Island which had a huge impact on her love of synchronized swimming. This led her on her path to yoga that she has been practicing for many years around the world, ultimately completing her teacher training in India.
It was in Bali where she stumbled unknowingly upon breathwork. During that first class, Sapphire knew she had to spread the word and share the magic of this practice. She is dedicated to holding space for others to heal and for transformation to occur.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching for the past 8 years. My classes are rooted in mindful awareness - via a strong focus on breath, the senses of the body and a slow, graceful movement. My hope is that people find both a physical and mental ease from my classes, leaving the studio both calm and relaxed.

Annie is a visual artist with a degree in mixed media fine art and seven years experience in the industry. After some time, she fell in love with helping people make art and in turn helping people have a better headspace.
Annie now teaches alongside her professional practise. Her workshops give clients an opportunity to find or rediscover their creative side. They are based around many creative activities which are a safe and non judgement space to be mindful and focus completely on the peaceful process of making art.
Her aim is to hold more workshops in this country and others, to help the world become a more happy and creative place. I believe that everyone is born an artist but some forget this side by believing they are not good at it or don’t have time. I want to remind people that we are all creative in our own unique ways and you don’t have to make any masterpieces on the way to discovering that.
